At least one required flashback log has been reused during flashback of a pluggable database.
Action
You can no longer flashback this pluggable database to the same point-in-time as specified because a required flashback log file has been reused. You may still be able to flashback this pluggable database to a more recent point-in-time. You can also recover the pluggable database to undo the effect of the failed flashback pluggable database operation.
