Cause
Reset Session State could not clear unrestorable states. Investigate traces for the root cause.
Action
If application can handle uncleared state, consider using this event to allow sessions to keep running when RESET is not able to clear states. Transparent Application Continuity is disabled until the unrestorable state clears. Set RESET SESSION STATE on the service to NONE. Investigate the cause.
