Cause
An outage occurred, between request boundaries, in the server connection from Oracle Connection Manager in Traffic Director Mode (CMAN-TDM).
Action
Manually recover the pending transaction. If the outage was planned, investigate whether the application can provide explicit request boundaries or support implicit boundaries.
