Cause
The VIEW, OBJECT or ALL keyword is not found after the SCOPE keyword in the CREATE DIRECTIVE statement.
Action
Specify either VIEW, OBJECT or ALL after the SCOPE keyword in the CREATE DIRECTIVE statement.
