LogMiner flat file dictionary is de-supported.
Cause
An attempt was made to use LogMiner with a flat file dictionary, which is no longer supported. A flat file dictionary keyword 'dictionary_filename','dictionary_location' or STORE_IN_FLAT_FILE is passed to DBMS_LOGMNR_D.BUILD. The flat file dictionary keyword 'DictFileName' is used or neither DICT_FROM_REDO_LOGS nor DICT_FROM_ONLINE_CATALOG is specified for DBMS_LOGMNR.START_LOGMNR.
Action
LogMiner flat file dictionary is de-supported and cannot be used.
