Cause
An attempt was made to specify a goal attribute of SERVICE_TIME or THROUGHPUT for a parent service.
Action
If a child service is being created, modify the parent service goal attribute and re-create the child service. If a parent service is being modified, only NONE or SMART_CONN are valid goal attribute values.
