ORA-45114
file "string" not referenced by metadata for storage location string
Cause
A consistency check performed by the check files task of the Recovery Appliance identified that the file was not being referenced by the metadata of the Recovery Appliance. Without these references, the Recovery Appliance cannot manage the file.
Action
If the file was inadvertently put in the storage location, it should be moved elsewhere. If the file has been separated from its metadata, contact Oracle Support Services and provide trace and alert files.
