Cause
During a repair of the metadata of the Recovery Appliance, the specified file was found that referenced the specified database which was unknown to the Recovery Appliance. This may be caused by an 'add_db' call being lost due to a 'resetlogs' command.
Action
Repeat the lost 'add_db' call.
