An operation was not permitted to start because the database role is not supported.
Action
Attempt the operation on the primary database. If the primary database has recently switched to a logical standby database, and an error has occurred, reexecute the DBMS_ROLLING.SWITCHOVER procedure on the former primary database until successful completion of the operation.
