ORA-45526

Cause
The command specified a value of TRANSACTION for the service parameter '-failovertype', and either did not provide a value for the parameter '-replay_init_time', or provided a value that was less than or equal to the value provided for the parameter '-failoverdelay'.
Action
If a service is created with a value of TRANSACTION for the parameter '-failovertype', then a value must be provided for the parameter '-replay_init_time', and that value must be greater than the value provided for the parameter '-failoverdelay'.
