The RAS security context changed since the cursor was parsed.
Cause
The Oracle Database Real Application Security (RAS) security context was changed after the cursor was parsed due to application roles being enabled or disabled, or the RAS user being dropped.
Action
Ensure that RAS security context remains unchanged after the cursor is parsed. Do not drop the application user, and do not enable or disable application roles in the current RAS session after the cursor is parsed.
