- audit_file_name: The name of the audit file on which the operation is being attempted.
Cause
An operation was attempted on an audit file that was not available in the audit directory.
Action
Ensure that the audit file exists in the designated audit directories:
- $ORACLE_BASE/audit/$ORACLE_SID in the case of multitenant container database (CDB) root.
- $ORACLE_BASE/audit/$ORACLE_SID/<PDB_GUID> in the case of a pluggable database (PDB).
