Cause
An attempt was made either to alter, drop, enable, or disable an Oracle predefined audit policy.
Action
Query the AUDIT_UNIFIED_POLICIES dictionary view:
- If trying to alter or drop the policies marked ORACLE_SUPPLIED = YES, then retry the operation after the database is opened in migrate mode and after acquiring the necessary privileges.
- If trying to enable or disable policies marked PROTECTED = YES in an Oracle Cloud environment, then this operation will fail.
