Cause
An attempt was made to set or use an invalid value for the TDE_CONFIGURATION instance initialization parameter.
Action
Use a valid value for the TDE_CONFIGURATION instance initialization parameter. The KEYSTORE_CONFIGURATION attribute must be specified and must have a valid value. During recovery, the CONTAINER attribute can also be specified and the value must be a valid container name. The CONTAINER attribute can only be specified when the TDE_CONFIGURATION instance initialization parameter is modified in CDB$ROOT, not when it is modified in a pluggable database.
