ORA-46709
The autologin wallet already exists on disk.
Cause
An attempt was made to isolate the keystore but it failed due to an existing autologin (cwallet.sso) wallet under {WALLET_ROOT}/PDBGUID/tde/ directory. cwallet.sso was not overwritten because it could contain client secrets that may have been added manually when the keystore was previously isolated.
Action
Rename the cwallet.sso file under {WALLET_ROOT}/{PDBGUID}/tde/ directory (to move it out of the way) and then retry the command.
