Cause
Invalid lock parameters passed in for the get file lock routine. The user must pass in file as the lock type. Or, there is a lock mode mismatch. Exclusive locks are not allowed in read-only mode, and shared locks are not allowed in write-only mode.
Action
Check that correct lock type is specified and that the correct lock mode is requested for the file given its open flags.
