ORA-51954
The Oracle Database Vector Memory size cannot be more than string MB.
Cause
The Data Memory Area is larger than 70% of the system global area (SGA) target for the size of the Oracle Database Vector Memory specified.
Action
Either specify a smaller Oracle Database Vector Memory size so that the Data Memory Area size is less than 70% of the total capacity, or increase the SGA target for the specified Oracle Database Vector Memory size.
