ORA-52103
Cannot restore RESET_STATE = string, RESET_STATE = string was used during failover.
Cause
At failover, the requested RESET_STATE level sent by the client driver is not supported by the client driver itself.
Action
Resubmit the work needed. Consider deferring using a different value for the RESET_STATE service attribute.
