ORA-59010

Cause
A SHUTDOWN command was issued to an ASM IOServer instance that had one or more connected clients.
Action
Stop all clients that are using this ASM IOServer instance and retry the SHUTDOWN command. Alternatively, use the SHUTDOWN ABORT command to force disconnection with all the clients.
