Cause
A mirror copy of the database existed or the disk group was still running the necessary split background operations, preventing the file group redundancy change.
Action
Check the split status by querying the DBCLONE_STATUS column in the V$ASM_FILEGROUP_PROPERTY dynamic view. If another database is still using the existing mirror copy, drop the database or the existing mirror copy, which will trigger a rebalance for the disk group. After you complete this action, retry the operation.
