ORA-59054
Modifying the block size string of a password file from an expected size of string to size string in ASM is not supported.
Cause
An attempt to create a password file in an Oracle ASM disk group found an existing file with the same name and different block size.
Action
Specify the correct logical block size to reuse the existing file. Alternatively, delete the existing file and retry.
