Disks in DROPPING or FORCING state could not be expelled during rebalance of disk group '%0!s'.
Cause
If there are disks in the DROPPING state, then some data is not being relocated. If there are disks in the FORCING state, then some redundancy is not being fully restored.
Action
Check the alert log for more details on the rebalance operation. Also, check the expel process trace file for additional details or errors. Check if there is sufficient space on the disks in NORMAL state. Rerun rebalance on the disk group. If the issue persists, add back all the disks in the DROPPING or FORCING state. If this is an Oracle appliance, also add back all of the missing disks.
