Cause
An attempt is being made to issue an Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) scrubbing operation on an Oracle ASM instance where the SCRB process is shutting down due to an ALTER DISKGROUP dg SCRUB STOP command.
Action
Wait for the stop operation to finish and try again.
