Oracle RAC Two-Stage Rolling Updates in inconsistent state
Cause
The Oracle RAC Two-Stage Rolling Updates are not in a consistent state. This can happen if the ALTER SYSTEM ENABLE RAC TWO_STAGE ROLLING UPDATES statement failed and that failure is not addressed.
Action
Mount the database in exclusive mode and start the instance. After starting the instance, run ALTER SYSTEM ENABLE RAC TWO_STAGE ROLLING UPDATES and ensure that it is processed successfully.
