Cause
The given Oracle RAC Two-Stage Rolling Update is present in the exceptions.
Action
Check V$RAC_TWO_STAGE_ROLLING_EXCEPTIONS. If this bug no longer needs to be in the exceptions, remove it from the exceptions list using the command ALTER SYSTEM REMOVE RAC TWO_STAGE ROLLING UPDATES bug FROM EXCEPTIONS and retry the ENABLE command. Otherwise, remove this bug from the ENABLE command and retry.
