Cause
The transaction ID (usnslotsqn) specified in the command is not quarantined.
Action
Provide the correct transaction ID. Quarantined transaction details can be found in DBA_QUARANTINED_TRANSACTIONS. This DDL must be run from the container in which the quarantine is present.
