compatible must be set to 23.0.0.0.0 or higher in order to set max_columns=EXTENDED
Cause
Setting the parameter max_columns=EXTENDED required the compatible initialization parameter to be set to Oracle Database 23.0.0.0.0 compatibility or higher. The compatible initialization parameter is currently not set to release 23.0.0.0.0 or a later version.
Action
Set the compatible parameter in initialization parameter file to release 23.0.0.0.0 or later version.
