ORA-60547
PDB string(string) is not consistent; either flashback the CDB to any SCN or recover the CDB to at least SCN string.
Cause
The pluggable database (PDB) metadata in the control file is not consistent for open resetlogs.
Action
Either recover the container database (CDB) further until the control file is consistent or flashback the container database (CDB) to a past point-in-time. If flashback is not enabled, you can also restore the control file from an older backup and repeat recovery.
