ORA-60559
TEMP, UNDO, SYSTEM, and SYSAUX tablespaces cannot be converted to bigfile.
Cause
An attempt is being made to convert a disallowed tablespace to a bigfile tablespace.
Action
Convert tablespaces to bigfile tablespaces using the CONVERT_TABLESPACES clause excluding TEMP, UNDO, SYSTEM, and SYSAUX.
