ORA-61863
True Cache could not be started because there was a configuration parameter mismatch with the primary. Restart the database.
Cause
There was a system parameter in the PRIMARY database that was incompatible with the same parameter in True Cache.
Action
The new parameter value has been automatically reconfigured on True Cache. Please restart True Cache instance. If the problem persists contact Oracle Support.
