ORA-61873
True Cache could not be started because the system parameter 'string' is different in the PRIMARY database. Remove the parameter from the True Cache initialization file.
Cause
There is a system parameter in the PRIMARY database that was incompatible with the same parameter in True Cache and this parameter cannot be different nor it can be internally changed.
Action
Delete the parameter from the True Cache initialization file (SPFILE) or set the same value it has in the PRIMARY database.
