ORA-61875
There was a failure adding the system parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n at the primary database. True Cache database cannot be opened without it.
Cause
The request to create a LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n entry at the primary to set the True cache destination has failed. The reason can be that, either there are no free slots or there is a conflicting entry.
Action
Check the primary database alert log for a detailed description of the failure and solve the problem. Either make room deleting unused entries or remove conflicting ones. Restart True Cache after that.
