Timehouse cannot currently be enabled on a table that is part of an Oracle Database Vault realm or command rule. This functionality will be supported soon.
Cause
An attempt is being made to enable Timehouse on a table which is part of an Oracle Database Vault realm or command rule.
Action
Do not try to enable Timehouse on a table which is part of an Oracle Database Vault realm or command rule.
