Changing to mixed in complex type 'complex_type' of non-binary XML schema is unsupported or not permitted.
- complex_type: The name of the XML schema complex type.
Cause
An attempt to make XML schema changes was not permitted through in-place XML schema evolution.
Action
Ensure that the XML schema changes specified in the XMLDiff argument to the DBMS_XMLSCHEMA.INPLACEEVOLVE procedure are permitted.
