ORA-64917
The Database In-Memory size cannot currently be shrunk below value string MB.
Cause
The attempt to reduce the Oracle Database In-Memory size could not be completed because space to be freed was still in use.
Action
Set the Database In-Memory size to at least the specified value or try the shrink again later.
