Cause
An attempt was made to start a pluggable database (PDB) with SGA_MAX_SIZE configuration parameter size larger than or equal to the multitenant container database (CDB).
Action
Specify a PDB SGA_MAX_SIZE configuration parameter which is less than the maximum CDB SGA size in the PDB SPFILE.
