Cause
An attempt was made to specify an incorrect value for lead_cdb_uri. The lead_cdb_uri value can either specify the host name, port number and service name for the lead multitenant container database (CDB), or the value can specify a database link object name in the current CDB which connects to the lead CDB in the fleet.
Action
Specify a valid value for lead_cdb_uri.
