Cause
The recovery process of the Oracle integrating server has connected to the gateway to perform recovery. However, the gateway cannot perform automatic recovery for this transaction due to unknown heuristic action taken by the target OLTP.
Action
The DBA must attempt to manually resolve the in-doubt transaction. Detailed information on how to proceed is contained in Chapter 8 of the Oracle Database Gateway for APPC Installation and Configuration Guide, in the section titled "Manual Recovery of In-Doubt Transactions".
