Cause
A partner LU has sent incorrect data in its initial communication with the local RRM. The first data received should be an Exchange Log Names (XLN) GDS variable, but was not.
Action
This error indicates that there is a problem on the partner LU side of the connection. Corrective action must be taken by the system administrator for that LU.
