Action
You are attempting to use a tool that might cause damage to the current database. If the version of DATA is greater than the version of the tool, then you are using the wrong version of the tool. If the version of the tool is greate than the version of the DATA, check to see if there is an ORACLE-supplied SQL script to update the DATA to the correct version level.
