Unable to retrieve the canonical form of the volume device for disk group {0} and volume {1}

Cause

The ACFS file system resource for the specified canonical form of the volume device path was not retrieved.

Action

  1. Make sure that the CRS stack is available. ( 'crsctl check crs' )
  2. Review the accompanying error messages for details about the failure. Retry after resolving those issues.
