Cause
Cannot remove the volume configuration for the specified disk group and volume.
Action
- Verify that the CRS stack is available. ( 'crsctl check crs' )
- Verify that ASM is running. ( 'srvctl status asm' )
- Verify that the user is running with administrative access.
