Unable to get the users of the file system configuration for disk group {0} and volume {1}
Cause
- CRS stack was not running.
- User was not running with an account with administrative access. (root or administrator)
Action
- Verify that the CRS stack is running. ( 'crsctl check crs' )
- Verify that the user is running with administrative access.
