Oracle ACFS file system resource already exists for volume device {0}
Cause
The Oracle Advanced Cluster File System (Oracle ACFS) resource had already been created for the specified volume device.
Action
Take one of the following actions:
- Supply a different volume device path to the 'srvctl add filesystem' command to create a different Oracle ACFS file system resource.
- Delete the previous resource ('srvctl remove filesystem -device <volume_device>') and run the command again.
