Cause
Failed to retrieve the diskgroups from the start dependencies of the specified database.
Action
Examine the accompanying error messages for details. Create the diskgroup using sqlplus if the specified diskgroup does not exist. Mount the diskgroup in database which registers the diskgroup with Oracle Clusterware.
