Cause
An attempt to modify the database resource to include a stop dependency on the Oracle Advanced Cluster File System (Oracle ACFS) for the database's Oracle home failed.
Action
Make sure that the asm instance is running; the ACFS driver exists in the driver directory and the underlying ACFS devices are accessible.
