Cause
This database had services that have TAF policy (e.g. PRECONNECT) that is not supported by an Oracle RAC One Node database.
Action
Either modify the TAF policy of these services to either BASIC or NONE using the command 'srvctl modify service' or remove these services using the command 'srvctl remove service' and then retry.
