Cause
An attempt to modify the Oracle home of the database failed because the owner of the Oracle home was not the current owner of the database. Changing to use an Oracle home with a different owner changes the ownership of the database.
Action
To modify the Oracle home of a database to a new home whose owner is not the current owner of this database, specify the new user also as a modification parameter.
