Cause
The specified node did not send a signal indicating that it was connected to the local node.
Action
Verify that the remote node (which acts as server) is still up and running. Then do the same for the local node (which acts as client) and verify passwordless communication. Also, examine the accompanying error messages for additional details, address issues reported, and retry.
