Cause
While looking up Rapid Home Provisioning Server (RHPS) connection details in Grid Naming Service (GNS), an attempt to retrieve the host name and port number failed.
Action
Examine the accompanying error message. Make sure that both the GNS and the Rapid Home Provisioning Server are running on the RHPS cluster.
